Golden Ager Skills Strategies with David Hart

David Hart will be offering a Golden Agers class that will focus on the strengths they have, how to leverage those and minimize the natural body limitations we all eventually develop.  The lecture, with some play involved, will focus on key strategies to use, some of which are contrary to what beginners are taught.
